Accreditation & Licensing

Brown Mackie College – Salina is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association (230 S. LaSalle Street, Suite 7-500, Chicago, IL 60604-1413, 1-800-621-7440, www.ncahlc.org).

The Occupational Therapy Assistant program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), located at 4720 Montgomery Lane, P.O. Box 31220, Bethesda, MD 20824-1220. ACOTE’s telephone number is (301) 652-AOTA. Brown Mackie College – Salina’s Veterinary Technology program has provisional programmatic accreditation granted by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) through the Committee on Veterinary Technician Education and Activities (CVTEA). Brown Mackie College — Salina does not guarantee third-party certification. Outside agencies control the requirements for certifications and are subject to change without notice to Brown Mackie College.
