Dr. Tim Bush, President: Brown Mackie College – Tucson

Tim Bush was appointed President of Brown Mackie College – Tucson in October 2010.
He has seven years of experience in higher education and most recently served as Campus President for Virginia College in Charleston, South Carolina. Prior to his role with Virginia College, he served as Executive Director of Lincoln College of Technology in Grand Prairie, Texas and Campus President for Everest College in Arlington, Texas. Before becoming a campus administrator, Mr. Bush began his career as a paralegal instructor. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of La Verne College of Law in La Verne, California. Prior to attending law school, he attended the University of Arizona, where he was a member of the football team. He completed his undergraduate requirements at San Francisco State University, majoring in International Business & Finance, where he was also a member of the football team and earned Division II All-American honors.
Mr. Bush has served as a Board member of the Metro Charleston Chamber of Commerce and the Salvation Army-Greater Charleston Chapter. He supports Southern California Special Olympics by serving as an advisor to the Board of Directors and athletic coach.
